Mindi Club is an offline card game published by TheAgleApps. This policy covers this Android app, including its Google advertising services. It does not replace policies for other TheAgleApps apps or websites.

Offline game data

Your saved match, rules, preferences and cosmetic unlocks are stored on your device. The game has no login, online multiplayer or game server. We do not upload your cards, match saves or game history to our servers. It does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, documents or precise GPS location.

Advertising and consent

The app uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. It can display a banner in the lobby, an interstitial video after a completed match when available, and an optional rewarded ad for a cosmetic gold table edge. Rewards have no cash value. Ads are not displayed during card play.

Google's advertising SDK can collect and share IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), advertising or other device identifiers, ad and app interaction information, and diagnostic data. Google uses this data to provide advertising, measure performance, analyse usage and prevent fraud. This collection may occur even though the game itself works offline. SDK data is encrypted in transit. See Google's privacy policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures.

Consent messages and advertising choices depend on your region and the publisher's Google configuration. Open Settings & privacy → Advertising privacy choices to revisit available choices. Android settings also provide advertising ID controls. Without an internet connection or permission to request ads, gameplay remains available and ads may not load.

Diagnostics

This release does not include Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. The app writes basic game, error and advertising events to the device's diagnostic log; TheAgleApps does not automatically receive these local logs. Google advertising SDK diagnostics are covered above. If a future release adds another analytics service, this policy and the store's Data safety disclosures will be updated.

Retention and deletion

Local saves remain until replaced, app storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Android cloud backup is disabled for this app. To remove local game data, use Android Settings → Apps → Mindi Club → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app. Google controls retention of advertising data under its policies. We do not set a retention period for Google's independently processed data.

Support and your choices

If you email support, we receive the email address and information you choose to provide and use it to respond to your request. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal documents. For privacy questions or requests relating to data you have sent to us, contact theagleapps@gmail.com. Requests concerning Google's advertising data can also be made through Google's privacy controls. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.

Age group and advertising

The app asks you to select an age group without providing your birth date. This selection is stored only on your device and can be reviewed in Settings & privacy. For users under 18 and users who have not selected an age group, the app does not initialize advertising services or request ads. Offline gameplay remains available. Adult users can receive ads subject to regional consent choices. We do not send your selected age group to our servers.

Children and purchases

Mindi Club is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. It has no gambling, betting, cash prizes, coin purchases or cash-value rewards. Advertising audience settings and the Play target audience declaration must match the published app.
