Privacy policy

Effective 3 October 2026. This policy applies to Metro Rush: City Racing, Android package com.theagleapps.metrorush, published by The Eagle Apps.

Game data stored on your device

The game does not require an account. Vehicle selection, paint colours, driver XP, unlocked maps, race records, age-group choice and graphics settings are stored locally. We do not operate a server that receives these game records. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove your saved progress.

Advertising and privacy choices

The app uses Google AdMob for occasional interstitial ads between completed races and optional rewarded ads. No ad is required to drive or complete a race. Players who select the under-16 age group have advertising disabled.

For players aged 16 or older, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, interactions such as taps and video views, and diagnostic information such as performance and errors. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. SDK data is encrypted in transit. The game does not request precise location, camera, microphone or contacts access.

Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform displays a privacy-choice form before requesting ads. You can revisit available choices through Settings → Ad Privacy Choices. Android also provides advertising-ID controls. Advertising may be unavailable if consent or network access is unavailable; the race remains playable.

Children

The app is intended for players aged 16 and older. It is not designed for young children. Selecting under 16 disables advertising. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through our own game servers.

Support and deletion

If you contact support, we receive the email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and troubleshoot. Do not send passwords or payment details. You can ask us to delete support correspondence by emailing theagleapps@gmail.com. Local game data can be deleted through Android Settings → Apps → Metro Rush → Storage → Clear data. Advertising-data requests can be directed to Google using its privacy controls.
